The Context — The History
Jesus faced growing opposition from Pharisees who accused Him of casting out demons by Beelzebul. Religious leaders increasingly treated His ministry as a threat rather than a sign of God's kingdom.
The Narrative — The Lead-Up
After healing a demon-oppressed man, Pharisees challenged Jesus' authority. He warned about blasphemy against the Spirit and taught that a tree is known by its fruit before declaring there is no neutral ground regarding Him.
