Media Request & Copyright Policy Statement

The New Covenant Baptist Church (NCBC) Media Ministry is dedicated to supporting our church’s mission by providing quality audio, video, graphics, and technical support for services, programs, and church events.

To help us serve you effectively while remaining compliant with copyright laws and maintaining pastoral oversight, please review the following guidelines before submitting a request:

Guidelines & Requirements

• Advance Notice: All media requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event or service. Requests submitted with less than two weeks’ notice may not be accommodated due to scheduling and technical preparation constraints.
• Pastoral & Ministry Approval: All content, videos, music, graphics, and presentation materials must align with the vision and doctrine of NCBC and are subject to review and final approval by the Pastor and Leadership.
• Copyright & Licensing:
  • NCBC strictly adheres to copyright laws. Any third-party media (including copyrighted background music, video clips, movie snippets, or custom artwork) provided for an event must be cleared for public display.
  • Social Media & Livestream Disclaimer: While our church holds CCLI and streaming licenses for standard worship settings, certain copyrighted music or video content may still be flagged, muted, or blocked on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). The Media Ministry reserves the right to mute or exclude copyrighted media from online streams or social media posts to protect the church’s digital platforms.
• Media Assets Submission: All custom audio, video, or presentation files must be provided in standard digital formats (MP4, MP3, JPEG/PNG) at the time of submission or no later than 5 days prior to the event.
