The Context — The History
Angels free apostles imprisoned by the Sanhedrin after continued preaching despite orders to stop. The early church faces increasing pressure yet obeys God rather than human authorities.
The Narrative — The Lead-Up
At night an angel opens prison doors and sends apostles back to the temple at dawn. They are to proclaim the full message of this new life in Christ to worshipers in the courts.
